2014 ALL STARS Grand Champions

Officially announced by ASPC, now that all the year's show results are in for the 2014 ASPC Show Season, our own CH General Sul Ross (HOF) "Sully" and Michigans One For The Road "Jacob" have both earned the National ALL STARS title for the entire year as the CHAMPION in all 3 of each of their divisions in showing in 2014:

CH General Sul Ross (HOF) "Sully", The CHAMPION in Modern Pleasure Halter:

• Modern Pleasure Stallion - 2 years old - 44.5" & Under (675)
• Modern Pleasure Stallion Junior Champion - 44.5" & Under (679)
• Modern Pleasure Stallion Grand Champion - 46" & Under (680)

According to Hall of Fame (HOF) points earned tally for 2014, "Sully" also appears to be in 2nd place for 2014 ASPC Modern Pleasure Halter Pony of the Year. We are so pleased with the progress of this fine pony, and are looking forward to his debut as he is preparing to begin competition in driving. 

and Michigans One For The Road "Jacob", The CHAMPION in Modern Formal Driving:

• Modern Formal Driving - 46" & Under (819)
• Modern Formal Junior Driving - Pony 2-4 yrs. old - 46" & Under (820)
• Modern Formal Driving Stake - 46" & Under (825)

"Jacob" has performed absolutely beautifully and proven himself as a modern driving pony, including his trophy and title as 2014 Congress National Champion Modern Formal Junior Driving Pony 2-4 yrs. old. Thank you to Robby and Andrea Barth of Showtime Training Center for an excellent year of driving training and showing Jacob for us throughout  the 2014 show season, and earning all these awards. Jacob's original trainer and handler, Jason Bluer, has now purchased Jacob from Hausman Pony Farm, but as part of the deal we plan to breed select mares to him in 2015 for 2016 HPF foals!

Also, CH Don Quixota "Donnie", a pony we bred, raised, and sold to Julie Kimmey, won multiple National 2014 All Star awards, including the CHAMPION in:

• National Champion - Classic Gelding Halter, Amateur Owned & Shown – 46” & Under (149)
• National Champion - Classic Open Country Pleasure Driving – 46” & Under (342)
• National Champion - Classic Youth Showmanship, Age 17 & Younger – 46” & Under (130) with Maddie Sutton
  

We are so pleased with the caliber of these ponies and their accomplishments due to their natural talent and ability, and of course the exellent training and professional presenting by their handlers bringing out the ponies' willing and winning attitudes!
